I had a strange thought today. One that will likely not be proven accurate, but possibly fodder for an AU fic: What if Elosha is/was the Final Cylon? It was under her guidance that Laura took the first steps as the "dying leader," was under her counsel that they embarked on the mission to Kobol. If Kara does know the way to Earth, then wouldn't it have been in the Cylons' interest to misdirect Laura and thus, misdirect the fleet? Especially if she knew about the prophecy?
I know, I know... Rumor has it that the Final Cylon is someone already in the fleet. And yes, Elosha would likely be recognized if another model lurked around. But still... interesting food for thought?
And this probably means I should go to bed. Two late nights in a row could make me a cranky girl.
