Shopping List

Ahh, retail therapy. Great for the soul, horrible for the pocket book. Bought a few things on Sunday -- ostensibly for work, but we saw how that turned out -- and then a few more things today. I really should have just ordered the stuff from the catalogue that I want, but there will be time for that. (I also have trouble ordering pants from a catalogue -- such a pain if they don't fit!) Today's outings included the mall, Old Navy, and Ross. Found a few things at the mall that I *really* liked, but just didn't want to pay that price for. Headed for Old Navy, and picked up two sweaters -- one v-neck and one turtleneck. Finished out the trip at Ross, buying another turtleneck sweater and a velvet denim-style jacket. The color for fall? Brown, brown, brown -- the v-neck sweater, the turtleneck from Ross, and the jacket -- all brown. In addition to the brown pin striped pants I bought on Sunday. Didn't spend too much on all of it -- just under $100, which was one of my latest graduation gifts. Here's hoping I can save up enough pennies to get a pair of brown boots to go with all this stuff! Heh.

New temp job tomorrow and Thursday. It's almost straight clerical and reception, but it's a job. Just hoping they can find me something else for next week.
