Apr. 3rd, 2003 08:39 amWell, here it is again. Nearing the end of the semester, and crunch time has arrived. The first draft of my Wilson-opus is due on Monday; I have to read Mists of Avalon by Tuesday night; and I have a presentation on "Modern Arthurian Novels" on Tuesday night as well. On top of this, I have a research paper for Arthurian, and a research paper for Contemporary International Politics. ARGH! Why is it that, regardless of how small the class size is, professors fail to realize two things: (1) that students have more than one class and (2) that some students (especially us non-traditional types) have lives outside of university?

Still working on my Nancy/Frank fan fiction. Managed to arrive on campus about two hours before class on Tuesday morning, so I sat in the student center and scribbled on the story a bit. Maybe one of these days I'll actually finish it. ;)

It doesn't account for the fools in Northern Virginia who refuse to use a turn signal when changing lanes, but it definitely helps.

This is actually the first time all week I've found time to sit down to a computer...and it's not even mind. Here's hoping I can finally find some more time to at least wade through my e-mail before the weekend.
